Shipping Terms and Conditions - Select Seven

1. Shipping

Select Seven, hereinafter referred to as «the Company», delivers exclusively to the Canary Islands region. The shipping cost is stipulated at 7 euros per order.

2. Guarantee

In accordance with current legislation, all products purchased through Select Seven are guaranteed for 3 years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing or operational defects that may occur during this period.

3. Changes

The Company will only accept exchanges in the event that the product purchased is defective in manufacture or operation. In such a case, the customer must contact our customer service as soon as possible.

4. Returns

In accordance with our policy, and in line with current legislation, no returns are accepted from the time of purchase. As our technicians may need to open the product packaging to carry out the installation of all components, we consider it essential that the customer is fully aware of this policy from the time of purchase.

5. Final Considerations

We encourage our customers to carry out a careful study of the products offered by Select Seven before making a purchase decision. Our team is available to provide advice and answer any questions that may arise during this process.

It is important to note that, in compliance with the legal provisions in force, manufacturers are obliged to offer spare parts for a period of 10 years after the discontinuation of the purchased products.
